1- ایستگاه سلامتی : طبق طراحی انجام شده درحیاط ،حرکات نرمشی مرتبط برای هر ایستگاه بمدت 1 دقیقه انجام شود .
2-ایستگاه فعالیتهای جنبشی :
افراد قادر خواهند بود : در سطوح و سرعتهای متفاوت قدم بزنند و بدوند
وسایل و تجهیزات
یک جایگاه مربع شکل برای هر فرد ، کارتهای قرمز و آبی
افراد به گروههای ده نفره تقسیم شده و هر گروه در یک مسیر مشخص ترسیم شده برروی زمین قرار گیرند
آبی = قدم بزنید قرمز = بدوید = به مدت کم = به مدت زیاد = سریع = آهسته
افراد در طول مسیر با استفاده از حرکاتی که روی کارتها نوشته شده است حرکت می کنند.
مثلا کارت قرمز یک مثلث را نشان می دهد حرکت مربوطه دویدن به مدت کم است .
3-ایستگاه پرتاب های امتیازی :
سالمندان توپ (مثلا توپهای پارچه ای )را به سمت دایره های طراحی شده روی زمین پرتاب می کنند و محل فرود اولیه توپ باید در یکی از دایره ها باشد امتیاز پرتاب ها بستگی به میزان فاصله دایره ها با خط پرتاب دارد .
4- ایستگاه قدم زدن (لی لی ) روی نمودار
سالمندان را به گروه های 4 تا 6 نفری تقسیم کنید و هر گروه را در یک نمودار قرار دهید .
سالمندان روی نمودار ها ابتدا رو به جلو وسپس به سمت عقب حرکت می کنند .برای حرکت به سمت عقب یک محافظ در کنار سالمند قرارمی گیرد .در صورتیکه روی خطوط حرکت کنند و یا تعادل خود را از دست بدهد باید دوباره شروع کنند .
5- ایستگاه راه رفتن (دویدن ) مارپیچ :
ضمن ترسیم خطوط و مشخص نمودن مسیر بوسیله فلش ها ایستگاه خوبی برای سرعت راه رفتن (دویدن ) و تغییر جهت می باشد و قابل استفاده با دریبل توپ می باشد.
6- ایستگاه بازی دوز :
شکل مربوط به بازی بر روی زمین رسم می شود .هر دو بازیکن دارای 3 مهره مشابه با رنگهای مختلف هستند . به قید قرعه یکی از آنه با قرار دادن یکی از مهره ها در نقطه مرکزی مربع ( اگر حرفه ای باشد )که بر تمام نقاط تسلط دارد ؛ بازی را شروع می کند و نفر دوم مهره خود را در یکی از گوشه ها ( اگر حرفه ای باشد )که از لحاظ موقعیت در رده دوم قرار دارد می گذارد و نفر اول یکی دیگر و از گوشه ها و ....
این بازی به همین منوال ادامه می یابد تا هر سه مهره خود را در محل تلاقی خطوط کاشته باشند و پس از آن هر کدام در نوبت خود با جابجا کردن مهره ها سعی می کند که هر سه مهره خود را روی یکی از خطوط مستقیم ردیف کند و لذا هرکدام این کار را انجام دهد یک امتیاز گرفته و در نهایت هر کس زودتر به امتیاز مورد نظر برسد برنده خواهد شد .
7- ایستگاه حلقه های لاستیکی :
با نصب این دروازه های دارای حلقه لاستیکی ، سالمندان این امکان را دارند تا از مسیرهای دور و نزدیک با پرتاب دست و یا شوت با پا برای عبور دادن توپ از داخل حلقه ها تلاش کنند .
8- ایستگاه پرتاب به سمت هدف متحرک :
از یک طناب برای آویزان کردن حلقه ها که فاصله آنها از زمین 60 تا 90 سانتی متر است ، استفاده کنید .سالمندان را در دو خط موازی در هر طرف از حلقه های آویزان شده ، استقرار دهید . سالمندان باید با در دست داشتن یک توپ ، در حدود 3 متر از حلقه ها دور باشند .
این فعالیت با تاب خوردن طناب و تکان خوردن هدف ها (حلقه ها )می تواند مشکل زیادتری را برای سالمندان ایجاد کند . شما می توانید تاب طناب و هدفها را برای هارت پرتاب کنندگان تنظیم کنید .
در این طرح فضا و محیط اطراف حیاط با توجه به امکانات و شرایط موجود با استفاده از روشهای ساده و از راه های سهل الوصول از جمله :ترسیم اشکال و جداول ،نصب تجهیزات و وسایل سبک و بی خطر در حداقل فضای موجود ، شاداب سازی شده و زمینه فعالیت ذهنی و بدنی سالمندان را در اوقات فراغت شان فراهم می آورد .با توجه به اینکه تاکنون پژوهشی با این رویکرد برای سالمندان صورت نگرفته است منبع انتخاب ایستگاه های ورزشی براساس دستورالعمل طرح حیاط پویا معاونت تربیت بدنی وسلامت آموزش و پرورش می باشد که برای سالمندان متناسب سازی می شود.به منظور مناسب سازی ، معیار ،موفقیت آمیز بودن عملکرد 50% از سالمندان در هر تمرین مد نظر قرار خواهد گرفت.
